    Xbox enforcement


    I was playing PUBG and a guy killed me and was doing emotes over my body, he then messaged me talking trash I called him a
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] and enforcement suspend my chat immediately (3:00pm) the player still was sending me messages and harassing me. Then at 5:00pm enforcement shut my party chat off. I then recived a message from xbox enforcement I was
    suspend for 24hrs which ends at 7:49pm the next day . So their 24 hrs is actually 29 hrs and xbox will not let you dispute it. So they basically allowed this player to harass me . So bottom line is xbox enforcement need to have a contact # they are not god
    if xbox is going to pass judgement they need to get all the facts .Oh yah learn how to tell time !!!!

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Hi, enforcement do not use the forums.

    Short term suspensions do not get a case review.

    If the other gamer was violating the code of conduct, you should have reported,muted and blocked them. Never reply as you found out, they reported you, as you violated the code of conduct.

    hi,

    24 hour bans cannot be appealed with the enforcement team, You should use the report function on the players messages, Thats the only way you could get him banned if he has broken the code of conduct.

    24 hours ban can't be case reviewed and you shouldn't fall in the trap report & block and move on

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
