Xbox Enforcement

I was put on a 2 week ban and suspension from communications from all chat and multiplayer games July 1, 2017 to July 16, 2017. I also had a ban for harassment and threats July 3, 2017 to July 17, 2017. Both of these bans are already expired and i still
cannot send messages. I called Xbox Support and the guy tells me that i am still banned from communications for an additional 3 months until October 12th. I do not see anything about that in my enforcement history. my gamertag is - . Xbox Enforcement enforces
actions without properly viewing cases and this is why people cannot enjoy Xbox the way that they should which is in the Xbox policy terms and conditions.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

Unfortunately, the Enforcement Team don't check these forums so they wouldn't be able to assist.

Just to check, when you go to here, there isn't an enforcement with a little hammer next to it?

Unfortunately, we can't handle any issues with enforcement actions only at Enofrcement.xbox.com can handle those issues if you're eligible you can submit a case review there to resolve the issue.

if no active suspensions or ban then some steps should be helpful.

1) Power Cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

2) remove your profile, restart, then re-download your profile Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

3) Factory Reset Console https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset--to-factory-defaults

Warning Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything that has not been synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. (Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when it is connected
with the service.)

If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced. Go to Device Support to submit a repair request: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/

I'm really sorry to see any frustrations, however it sounds like your console has the suspension, not your account. We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent
suspension from within the last 12 months, you can submit a Case Review to the Policy Enforcement team. If you have a console suspension, this does not qualify for Case Review, however
your Microsoft Account email should have been sent an email detailing the suspension information.
