    I have a problem with Xbox's enforcement team, along with the support, mainly the ambassador system. The enforcement team gave me a one week communications ban after someone told me that I was useless. I told him to 'kys', yes, a very bad thing to say. For
    reference this was during Overwatch competitive, and the all communication was done over messaging, as this person was in a 4 stack, and wouldn't talk to me or my friend. Although I shouldn't tell people to 'kys', as this violates code of conduct, there are
    many people who I report for things like this and nothing happens to them. This is unfair as it basically allows some people to say what they want when they want. I tried to have the communication ban reviewed, but was blocked by ridiculous questions on the
    questionnaire, such as "It's okay to have a purple avatar" and "You can put your relationship status on your profile". The purple avatar thing I thought was okay, since I never played with the avatar creator, and the relationship status I thought was a problem,
    as it is personal information. These questions are a problem as they seem to be there just to block people from getting their account reviewed. This can easily drive people away from the console as it is basically saying "Hey, we're not going to help you because
    you answered this question that has nothing to do with the code of conduct incorrectly." Last time I checked I'm a gamer, and I should not have to study the code of conduct to have my case reviewed. To me this seems like the enforcement team is intentionally
    trying to avoid helping people, and that should not be allowed. Even though a communication ban can easily be justified, the questionnaire blocking player from getting help can not. As for the ambassadors, after talking to a very nice support agent, they gave
    me a link to Xbox ambassadors. I opened up a chat with my problem, and it was immediately ignored by whatever ambassador who saw it. As far as I can tell, the Xbox ambassadors are supposed to help others, but it seems like they ignore people and are just in
    it for the rewards. This has to violate at least some rules about it, as they are supposed to help, but instead are just shafting people's questions and concerns, as they don't care about it at all. I would like to see the questionnaire to be more fair, or
    to be removed, as it only gives a total of 3 chances, and each time the questions are changed. If you fail all 3 times, you have to wait 24 hours, and there is no other way to get the account reviewed. As for the ambassadors, I want these people to be required
    to at least talk to the person, otherwise they can abuse the system to get free rewards.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Unfortunately even if the ambassador did respond to you, all we can do is point you back to the enforcement site. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans.

    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as
    a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.Read more here

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • Hacking, Modding or Cheating
