    Xbox Enforcement


    I made a mistake and I am sorry but for someone to be able to bash me then I bash them back how am I banned and not him for his false accusations! A person can only take so much I took enough and fired back. I have had 8 friends that this has happened to
    and we as xbox players are fed up with the cry wolf and get people banned routine it gets old!

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    well for one if you don't report him how do you expect him to be punished

    Fyi you are never told any result of any of your reports

    That's a privacy issue so you cant tell if he wasn't also punished

    It does not matter who starts the fight if you retaliate in ahyway that violates the terms of use you will also be punished

    Block and mute and report that's all you are allowed to do

    Also you can file a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    FYI don't use he started it as an excuse it doesn't work and has no bearing on your suspension it's yours actions that got you into trouble not his

    I did report him for one! I can tell if he was punished my friends messaged him! Actually Microsoft voided their own terms of use my lawyer already confirmed that! People cry wolf allthe time on xbox and get away with it you are a watered down xbox player!
    Who supports xbox bans even when xbox is in the wrong!

    nope sorry you don't get any info from enforcement team or nothing

    I wouldn't trust a lawyer over a team of lawyers you do realize that

    And I'd read the terms of use obviously you didn't read it

    Because you missed the contractual part

    1st amendments doesn't apply and if your "lawyer" was a real one he would tell you why

    Nor does anything the other person does affect your punishment

    the other person would never tell you if he was suspended either to goad you into another fight which would play into his hand and possibly lead to bashing and no the pet would never tell you

    Which could lead to harassment or bullying suspension

    Do you see why privacy laws are in placw common your "lawyer" would tell you not to contact the said person for unwanted contact

    One it makes you liable to a lawsuit for harassment

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
