really annoyed is there any way i can speak to someone on the enforcement team as i have a enforcement on my account for communication i did the appeal and got no where its so stupid now i cant talk message ect for the next two weeks i checked my messages
and i have only been speaking to friends i haven't broke any rules not even used swear words i want some proof of what i have done wrong its disgusting doing this when i haven't done anything wrong

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

suspension has concluded, all communication functionality will be

automatically reinstated.

not issued casually. Suspensions are only issued following a thorough

investigation of the account’s activity and conduct confirming that a

Microsoft Services Agreement violation occurred. Additionally, following

the submission of this Case Review inquiry we thoroughly reviewed the

situations behind the enforcement and again confirmed that the violation

occurred, and that enforcement action was justified. As a result, we

cannot adjust or remove the suspension.

future violations of this type may result in a harsher enforcement

action, which may include permanent account suspension and console level

If you did the case review and it was upheld, you have to wait out the suspension.

Be sure you're using the mute, block and report options available through the console to help avoid issues in the future.

 

it doesn't matter who started the fight or if it's private or party chat you must be rated e for everyone

And no they won't tell you what words got you in trouble due to privacy laws and retaliation isn't allowed
