Xbox Enforcement.

Hello. I need help from an Ambassador that can get me connected to the Enforcement team. About a month ago, i was banned for two weeks by a couple scammers. I have both of their gamertags, and ive contacted about 7 agents. 2 over chat and 4 over
the phone. Every single agent either misunderstood me or told me to wait 24 hours. Ive eventually forgotte about xbox and been waiting for a month. When i contact an agent they look at my enforcement history and say that they see a supsension on my communications
for 3 months. When I tell them I shouldnt be banned because scammers reported me with multiple accounts various times, they say file a case review to the enforcement team. Here is the problem, i see no such enforcement activity on my account nor xbox myself.
Ive tried everything possible, and the only way to get help is the Enforcement Team. I am hopeless and all I want is to be unbanned or at least less of a repruccussion for things i never did. Please somebody help me. I want to talk to my friends, and the people

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

Firstly "scammers" can't get you suspended or banned.

You are only suspended or banned if you have actually violated the ToU/CoC.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.

100 day suspensions are issued due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.Sounds like while investigating your 2 week suspension the enforcement team discovered other offences you had committed which is why your suspension was extended.

100 day suspensions do not appear on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

Phone/chat support are nothing to do with enforcement & sometimes give out incorrect information.

All you can do is wait out the suspension & I suggest reading the code of conduct because next time it will probably be a permanent ban.

Be aware that if you are thinking of using a secondary account to avoid the suspension on your main account then that is also against the code of conduct & could land you with a console suspension as well.

 

I dont undsrstand. They threatened me for an item, and i refused to give it to them. They have mulitple accounts around 10 and thye all reported me and probobaly put fake comments. I swear i did nothing wrong and its unfair that i have a 100 day suspension.
Am i at least able to know how long i have left untill unsuspended?

 

Will I get banned just because I received complaints?
