    Xbox enforcement/ Xbox ambassador program


    Hello, I'm trying to contact you today with regards to a false enforcement ban on my profile. This ban occurred sometime in year 2019 but was resolved the next day, I received a message on my xbox live profile stating Xbox was aware of a false report that was ment for a different profile ( or something of that nature) Xbox lifted this ban from my profile and sent me a message over the xbox group chat on xbox live, giving me a weeks worth of gamepass ultimate as a compensation. I believe it could of been just 1 weeks of gold, but that's besides the point. In that exact same message, Xbox ask me a question stating, do I think this was a good enough compensation for xboxes mistake, I replied something along the lines of " Yes I understand thankfully this false ban was lifted, thank you for what you do",

    Something along those lines, anyway to the point, when this ban occurred it PERMABENTLY BANNED my profile from the Xbox ambassador program. Which I think wasn't right at all... as I didn't actually do anything and it was caused by a mistake I had no control of... I'm still pretty upset about it till this day. I was enjoying the activities and the community being apart of the ambassador program. My friends over xbox are always taking about the ambassador program and I always have to tell them the same story how I was falsely banned and as a result, I'm no longer allowed to use it anymore. They tease me about it all the time talking about it and talking about their awesome xbox profile badge. Well over a year later I figured I would try again. Now I'm going to do everything in my consumer power to try and get this lifted, but I need xboxes help and cooperation please please contact me over email/ xbox live even. We need to get this resolved please. Thank you for reading all of this please point me in the right direction have a lovely rest of your day!!     XBOX community level website does not work nor does the Enforcement united website does not work ether

    Was removed from Ambassador program after three years from accidently spamming during messaging someone.

    Hi there,

    the removal from the Xbox Ambassadors program is a direct result of receiving an enforcement action. Currently the only option that could result in getting you back in the Xbox Ambassador program would be to have the enforcement action reverted/overturned, which is only possible via a succesful Case Review on the Enforcement website, but as mentioned by others not all enforcement actions will have an option to do a Case Review.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in learning how to check your Enforcement actions, and how enforcement actions affect your qualification for the Xbox Ambassador Program. You need
    to log in to the
    Xbox Enforcement website     with your Microsoft account in order to check your Enforcement actions. There is a section of the website that explains how to check your Enforcement history.

    To be eligible to join the Xbox Ambassadors program, you must:

    • Be at least 17 years old
    • Have a Xbox Gamerscore of 1500 and above
    • Have an active Xbox Live Gold membership
    • Have no previous Enforcement actions on your Xbox Live account (Any enforcement actions that occur while you are an Ambassador will disqualify you from the Ambassador program)

    Joining Enforcement Team

    The requirements are listed
    right here on the FAQ page     of the Ambassador program. At this time the Enforcement program is only open to members of the Ambassador program because it is in beta.



    Q: What are the requirements for becoming an Ambassador?

    To qualify for the Ambassadors program, you must:

    Be at least 13 years of age or older

    Have at least 1500 Gamerscore

    Have no prior Enforcement actions against your account

    Have an active Xbox Live Gold Membership

    I cant get on the ambassador page

    If you've had enforcement action then you would of been removed from the ambassador program which is why you can't access the ambassador page.

    You can not be an xbox ambassador if you have had any enforcement action on your account.
