Xbox enforcement wrongly suspending accounts

my account was suspended after I was mass reported by 3 kids within a game simply because i did good, I was suspended after the complaints and my appeal was upheld and the reasons was I used "homophobic slurs" wanna know what's funny? THEY SAID SUCH THINGS
TO ME and in my appeal I proposed to provide suffice evidence to dispute the issue and since the "agent" who handled my case neglected my right to provide the info I will show it here so anyone who sees this post can show how little effort goes into these
"appeals" after you are suspended.

As you can see I said nothing that even violated the code of conduct yet I was suspended, how come? The neglect by the people supposed to be doing their jobs. Just so you all acknowledge that I'm not bluffing about the "agents" remarks here is his answer

@onyx - Gamecock isnt offensive. Also Microsoft have apologised for suspending the account WRONGLY. They made a mistake. Therefore it isnt AKRocker007 at fault.

was issued then it would be unwise to put it back in now.

Hi

If someone is sending you inappropriate messages the best course of action is to always
report the other player and not enter a dialogue with them that may result in an enforcement action being taken against yourself.

Also the only people who can assist with your problem are the Xbox Enforcement team and they do not use the forums and can only be contacted through
this web site.

Here is the thing you guys don't get

It doesn't matter what the other party does or if they start the fight

Their actions are their own

And have no bearing on your suspension

Block report and ignore that's all you are allowed to do

The only place that can help you is by going to the enforcement teams website at enforcement.xbox.com

If you feel that you were suspended wrongly you can file for a case review there.

The enforcement team does not monitor these forums.

Just because someone reports you does not mean that you will get suspended. when a report is made it gets sent to the enforcement team who will then investigate it if there was a violation of the terms of use/code of conduct then that is when they put the
suspension onto the account. if there was no violation then there would be no suspension put onto the account.

If you feel you have been wrongly suspended you can sign in at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

The enforcement team does not monitor these forums they only handle things through their website.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help with this. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action and open
a case review with the PET.
