Xbox Enforcement Won't Return 15 Year Old Username

Hello,

For some context, around Christmas of 2017 my friend reported my username '' for being inappropriate after we got into a verbal disagreement (this was unrelated to Xbox nor was it through Xbox forums
/ party chat).

Afterwards, I received a notification that my username had been forcefully changed and I had received a penalty for it. I believe that my old username of 15 years, '', was believed to be pronounced 'meth-heads'.
However, it was quite clearly a form of spelling 'methodz' and was inspired by Method Man. I sent this response to Xbox Enforcement:

A day later, I received the response:

Seeing as I was able to now change my gamertag back to the username my dad created for me, '', I attempted to and was met with this error:

I have attempted to have my gamertag reverted back to my original for the longest time. '' is incredibly sentimental for me as it was made by my dad back on his original Xbox which he passed down onto
me. Although the enforcement agent tells me it should've been returned and I could change it back, I can not. It may have been a glitch or error.

I was hoping that anyone in this forum could help me with this enforcement issue? It would mean the world to me. Thank you!
