    I recently got my communications suspended, and I have no idea why. It says I have to go to the enforcement website to view my suspension, but when I do that; the site loads up and everything, but when I got to hit the sign in button to sign in. Nothing happens and the site just reloads without me being signed in. What am I supposed to do to fix this.

    Until the site is fixed, there's no way to view the ban or submit a case review.

    Usually you receive an email from Xbox when they apply an Enforcement Action against your account. Would you please check your email and spam folder to see if it's there?

    Also, keep in mind that if you have a child account, your parents (or the Family Group Owner) will need to review your Enforcement Action before you can see it and ask for a case review.

    So I got that email and it told me what I was suspended for but what im trying to figure out is how do I sign in to the Xbox enforcement site, if the log in button doesn't work.
