    Hi, recently I was banned from xbox live chat and I don't think I did anything wrong. So when I went to the official Microsoft xbox enforcement website,(enforcement.xbox.com), the website seems to be broken and has not been updated with any reason why I was banned or let me even be notified that I was under a ban! Any help relating with how I can view my ban reasoning would be greatly appreciated.

    Until the site is fixed, there's no way to view the ban or submit a case review.

    Usually you receive an email from Xbox when they apply an Enforcement Action against your account. Would you please check your email and spam folder to see if it's there?

    Also, keep in mind that if you have a child account, your parents (or the Family Group Owner) will need to review your Enforcement Action before you can see it and ask for a case review.

    So I got that email and it told me what I was suspended for but what im trying to figure out is how do I sign in to the Xbox enforcement site, if the log in button doesn't work.
