    Xbox enforcement website constantly refreshing


    I recently got a communication ban for 2 weeks. I also recieved an Xbox live ban the day after for two weeks. The day after that I get a console ban up until the September 23rd.

    I can't submit a case review for any of these because the Xbox enforcement website doesn't even work. Everytime I try to submit a case review, it takes me back to the home screen. I try look at the amount of reports filed against me and again the page refreshes
    and takes me back to the home screen.

    Any idea on how to get the website to work because I don't deserve any of these bans. I've barely played online on my main account in the last 2 months and yet I have a console ban for 2 months for no reason.

    Help is appreciated

    please try inPrivate or Incognito browsing via Ctrl+Shift+P (For IE, Edge and Firefox) or Ctrl+Shift+N (for Chrome) so see if that will help something.

    If that fails try a different browser or even different device

    enforcement teams     website refreshes every 24 hours so keep an eye on the account on the website and let us know if no change happens

    I got banned for doing nothing

    Keep in mind you have to log-in using the affected Microsoft Account on the Enforcement website for it to show suspensions and bans. Game specific bans may not show up on the Enforcement website as a lot of large online games have Enforcement systems specific
    to the in-game outside of just Xbox Live or PlayStation's enforcement standards/groups.

    Another side note being, we here on the forums can only tell you where to go... and that would be that Enforcement website if its a suspension related to Xbox Live. Xbox customer support/ Xbox Support also cannot help you as the Enforcement Team is its own
    separate entity and there's no way to contact them.
