Xbox Enforcement Teams Needs an Rework Badly!

I've just about had it with Microsoft Enforcement team and how they run things behind enemy lines.

So ANYONE can get suspended by saying these words - You suck kid, No life kid, Get a job.

Yet most gamers get away with A lot worse remarks.

-The N word frequently is sent to me, yet i report it, but nothing happens, even when Im Caucasian.

- Dumbf33k the R word as well yet Microsoft Enforcement Team does nothing.

So yea for saying those things above no life etc, 1 time to other players I get banned from online play.

Yet i paid 60$ for yearly access & this is the respect i get back in return. Fix your Enforcement Design or Iam leading towards no consoles systems.

You do not have to pay for case reviews i do not know what website that you went to that you have to pay for the case review but the enforcement team for Microsoft website is enforcement.xbox.com and if you follow the code of conduct then you have nothing
to worry about.

its when you do not follow the code of conduct and are reported that you then have a suspension that is put onto your account.

 

Top it off anyone who has any EA Sports Games you will NOT BE ABLE to find games or other players because of the poor reputation Microsoft made yet EA sports goes by it as well secretly that is.

So yea I had to make another account just to play BF4 and NHL 2017 thx to unrealistic false reports that lowered my reputation.

If you see such things you need to report it

And yes every report is looked at not just by one person

 

Rep has nothing to do with enforcement lol and incorrect just like your previous misinformation

If you are cursing land trash talking maybe you should read what unsportsmanlike behaviour is

It is valid and correct

It's time to change your behaviour it's not rocket science

Play nice that's all it takes just like 99.9% of gamers

 

Maybe you should do the correct thing and fix your behaviour rather then spending money unnesaarily

You do realize that if you don't correct your behaviour it will only show in your rep on every account as people play with you and report you correctly right?

 

AAnd fyi your first post is for unsportsmanlike behaviour that isnt a suspension but a rep demerit and a quite valid one at thaf

It's time to change your behaviour and FYI all consoles use rep system

It's not you who decides your rep just like in real life it is your community

It's quite and easy fix to repair your rep.

Change your behaviour and win correctly not trashtalk like your prime example above and play nice with others

The issue is your behaviour as you clearly pointed out

And yes there are Games you can play that will fix your matchmaking

Like the non lobby mode war in battlefirld 4 or never winter or any free non party match games

 

WWhat your other examples are not only reportable suspensions but rep demerits

Maybe you should go to the enforcement.xbox.com site and read what rep is before you guess your misinformation

It doesn't matter what you paid

You don't get it

If you act badly you will be punished accordingly

There is no valid excuse for bad sportsmanship

That's how you earn bad rep in real life and in gaming

Time to correct your behaviour and play nice
