Hello, I got banned a couple months back about me saying something to another kid because he was spamming both, me and my friend. I got banned not even a minute after I sent that message and I only said two words to the guy but I ended up getting banned
twice one was a com ban and another was a harassment ban and it goes until September 1st, 2017 I got banned on the 29th of may. I've spoken with support at least a dozen times they ALL tell me to submit a review but I've tried a bunch of different ways it
was not possible because the ban does not even show up on my enforcement history. But I spoke with support they told me that I have a active ban until September 1st but it just doesn't show up for me so it's not even possible for me to submit a case review
in anyway. So the only way I can even get my account fixed is to directly talk with the enforcement team. So the ban I got for saying two words to a disrespectful kid is Xbox enforcement locking my entire Xboxes commucations so no matter what account on my
Xbox can't be used for chat which is not fair for my family. I've been banned all summer and didn't even get to play with any of my friends I'm really disappointed. To the enforcement team, all I ask is to be unbanned sooner before my summer ends because
this is my last summer I get, as in this is my last year of school and I just wanted to spend time with my friends online. And about that thing I said to the other person I didn't really mean and didn't mean it in any threatening way I was just trying to get
him to leave us alone. I have anger issues so I say things sometimes I don't mean that I end up regretting later. I'm truly sorry of all the rules I've broken and I've learned my lesson I won't send anymore people any messages that would get me banned ever

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of
violation associated with each enforcement action

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you've been given a suspensions, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.

You'll have to wait the 24 hours and try again. Support do not handle enforcement issues.

Again,if the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining but there isn't,there's only a few kids who will not admit to their mistakes & blame everyone else but themselves.

I could go on but I doubt it will sink in as you refuse to listen & you don't understand how things work anyway.You could always get an adult to explain things to you in simple terms.

Judging by your comments on here the enforcement team were 100% correct in banning you.
