Xbox enforcement team

I have owned the original xbox, the xbox 360 and now the xbox one. I have been paying for live since it was available. I have spent a lot of money on accessories and other Microsoft products (thousands). I am not a cheater, not a hacker, and I am
as much of a good sport as everyone else (I am really easy to get along and play with, but sometimes I still rage). I have been banned 3 times in my xbox live history. Once back in 2012 for having an inappropriate screenshot in my halo 3 file-share. I may
or may not have deserved it at he time time but I was a lot younger and more immature than I am now. Here lies the fun part. I got banned on 10/5/16. I was playing a game. ESO to be exact. I was in a dungeon and my game started to act funny and lag until I
got disconnected. When I was able to get back on I received a message from xbox saying something about spamming messages. I was banned shortly there after. This pissed me off and I tried to reach the enforcement team, which are nearly impossible to contact.
Since my ban was so short it got lifted and I forgot about the whole thing shortly after. Now recently I got banned again, yesterday, 6/18/17 to be exact. I'm still not totally sure why I got banned as they just gave me a generic ban clause. But I am pretty
sure why and I am very confused and mad about it. I was playing a multiplayer game, which is rated M. My opponent was beating me as I had very low level teammates and he was using cheap tactics. I got upset and sent him a message saying "your a bitch". Later
I got banned for more than a week. I sent him one message and didn't respond even after he did. Now this isn't what really makes me upset, even though it is kind of ridiculous. The game is rated M, the in game characters swear and there is a good amount of
sexual innuendo. You can say bitch on TV and radio for heavens sake. Not only this but come on guys this is xbox live, how much trash talking happens? A friend of mine used to be able to track your ip from your gamer-tag and tell you where you live and scare
people and he never got banned. Twelve year olds are currently swearing up a storm and getting away with it. What bothers me is that me, an xbox fanboy, a customer for over ten years, gets banned for something so menial with no provocation and n=then no communication
afterwards, and reading forums online my story is not unique. Microsoft, with all you money you cant buy the enforcement team some office phones? What I am saying is be more clear with your rules or more consistent with your punishments. I have been trying
to stay calm and civil, but I am really mad. For all the money we spend and they make you would think they would care enough about heir customers to have a tool that would let us find out why we got banned and help us get some better support. As it is it is
like the enforcement team is a fantasy. So basically **** the
enforcement team! And **** Microsoft and xbox customer support for how you have treated a loyal and long time customer. I don't even care if I get banned for a longer duration, I have to point of this colossal drop of the ball.
Not sure if this is the right forum or whatever I just had to get this out.

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.
