Discus and support Xbox enforcement team in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; To start i would just like to say instead of getting upset or start calling the enforcement team names and being rude to them i'll take this approach....     To start i would just like to say instead of getting upset or start calling the enforcement team names and being rude to them i'll take this approach. In the last two day i have received two separate suspensions from xbox live first one being from just communications,
    the second one being from all services (communications, game play, etc). now with that out of the way i would like to pose a very simple question to anybody wanting to give an answer or even a staff member or a member of the enforcement team. How is it possible
    that i have received two suspensions back to back the second being for harassment as well while i was already unable to communicate with other players? Now let me top this off even further by saying that my xbox account has not had an xbox live subscription
    coming up a few months now. So tell me how are these suspensions warranted when i cannot even partake in the features in the first place? I spent the night after this first ban playing dead space 3 at a friends house, So for that evening i think i had gold
    due to the fact that he has a subscription i logged onto my account at his place so i could play with my saves. We simply only played together, So even though i could have access to online we only played together so tell me how i received a ban for continuing
    to harass players the following day making me unable to play any of my games whatsoever, When i never was even in a game with another player? now i get that the enforcement team is there for a reason, however how can i trust that the department is doing what
    it was intended to do when players are getting banned as we are being told that they are doing in depth research on the violation but are banning people that don't even have access to the services that i am being accused of going against. In summary how can
    i get banned for using a service i don't have access to?

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Investigations do take time, so both suspensions could be for different actions that happened weeks or months ago. Suspensions are not usually given at the same time that the action takes place.

    Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time.You would of been suspended for something you did several weeks ago or even longer.

    It's rare for someone to receive an instant ban/suspension for something they did.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
    answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
    I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.

    Again,if the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining but there isn't,there's only a few kids who will not admit to their mistakes & blame everyone else but themselves.

    I could go on but I doubt it will sink in as you refuse to listen & you don't understand how things work anyway.You could always get an adult to explain things to you in simple terms.

    Judging by your comments on here the enforcement team were 100% correct in banning you.
