Xbox Enforcement Team

Today I was banned for life on Xbox.

Let's go back to last week...

I contact Microsoft regarding messages I had been receiving about the purchase of my gamertag. Their answer was to block any communication in privacy settings. I tried that but the thing is, Xbox is about meeting new people and making friendships along the
way. I couldn't do that being alone unable to talk to people outside my box so whenever I would receive a message I would kindly reply "not for sale, reported"

I had already clearly stated to support that I knew the rules of conduct and would never engage in the selling of Microsoft property.

Fast forward to today,

I come home and I'm hit with a lifetime ban! It was so sickening to see that. I felt like I had been betrayed. I filed for a review thinking it would be ok since I had already contacted them on the issue before. However, the review only allowed me 500 characters
to plead my case so I was limited to what I could say. An hour later I receive a notification stating the decision has been upheld. Devastated, with so many questions left unanswered. Its almost as if someone is behind the screen clicking blindly without giving
each person their fair chance they deserve.

My final question is: Has Xbox/Microsoft lost value in their customers?

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.

Again,if the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining but there isn't,there's only a few kids who will not admit to their mistakes & blame everyone else but themselves.

I could go on but I doubt it will sink in as you refuse to listen & you don't understand how things work anyway.You could always get an adult to explain things to you in simple terms.

Judging by your comments on here the enforcement team were 100% correct in banning you.
