Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

You just can't spam request the info or spam them till they return your account

Doing so actually incurs further punishment

 

You do have a recourse.It's called a case review.

You pay for a service but you also agree to follow the rules when using that service & you agree that you can be punished if you are caught breaking those rules.

Criminal justice is not the same as civil

Yiu do not have the right to violate anyone else's privacy

They as a private company are allowed to enforce the rules as they see fit

You have no say in it

And yes this is actually enforced by the Supreme Court why do your think you can't do anything you want at work

You abide by the private authority of the your workplace or anyone else property.

AndAnd no contact info wouldn't help you one they would.be spammed meaning you'd never get thru

And they'd be too busy answering every hacker or wanna be cheater

Phone lines have limits also they do have a job it's to enforce the rules

Hence why you have a rightfully moderated system that most gaming services uses

Trust me, I understand the situation, and appreciate your response, but if your going to try and "argue" with me, please do so in an educated manner. Some words of wisdom; a person will be taken much more serioualy when able to articulate a point with proper
spelling and grammer. There are 1000's of compliants in this forum regarding the flawed XBox enforcemnt team, and if the system was working as intended, this would not be the case. My point is this, the "police" force remains anonymous, with 0 transperancy
as to the process of deciding ones "fate" after they determine an "infraction" has occured. The interpretation of the terms of service will vary widely, form person to person, as we all come form different walks of life. i.e. Your view of "harassment" will
be drastically different than mine. One person is judge, jury and executioner...You and I both know, the system is flawed, and needs to be changed to help assist the innocent players who receive enforcement with out just cause. No human is infallible, and
to that end, transperancy needs to be provided to a paying custome that knows they are being unjustly treated. Thanks again for repeating your pro-Microsoft drivel. One last thing, if you plan to respond by repeating the same information, please do us both
a favor and don't bother.

And yes the will never repeat or mention the person in question as it is a violation of the privacy laws

Surely with your so called "superior intellect" you would realise that English is not everyones first language so there will be spelling & grammer errors.

You agree to follow a set of rules when you start your account,if you get any enforcement action on your account you can file for a case review,that is the only way to contact the enforcement team which is something you agreed to.

If the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining,there isn't.

Funny thing is that with our "low intellect" both ngocphi & myself aren't dumb enough to break the rules & get suspended.

Judging by your comments on here the enforcement team were 100% correct in banning you.

 

Need support asap!

In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.
