    So at this point in my xbox career as a paying customer I have recieved multiple communication bans. One of which my game glitched out, crashed and then the xbox crashed and when I logged back in I was banned. Others were as silly as saying the word butt
    in a message or responding to someone who was salty after a game. Just a little while ago I beat a team in a 1v3 match of call of duty and they massaged me that I was ****, I responded saying that they were **** and should get good and I recieved the ban.
    Over the years I have tried to appeal unjustified bans and get in contact with this mysterious enforcement team but I'm starting to belive they don't exist. Right now I can't even view my enforcement history nor do i have an option to appeal, even if I did
    they don't allow appeals for 24 hour bans. As a company that provides a service/product it is immoral and bad business to take away that service without a reason provided and without compensation. Let's say you bought a snickers from 7-11, an hour from then
    you are sitting at home and someone from 7-11 breaks in and steals the snickers bar back... I would call the police. As for the content, I'm sure a mod will say well we have rules... where in your rules does it say I'm not allowed to respond to a message or
    use the word ****. They can say **** on cable TV. Do you realize the average gamer is 30 years old? Also microsoft and many other platforms have a real issue with people using their platform to solicit minors for sex or sexual content and they don't put really
    any effort into that, but they will ban a long time paying customer for saying the word **** in response to sometime saying it to me first. I would get in touch with a lawyer and sue because this is downright illegal how the bans are handled and how unreachable
    the enforcement team is but I'm sure Bill Gates could sexually assault me, i could go to authorities with video evidence and it would disappear, possibly have me disappear. But that's ok, go hang out with eppstein and keep banning paying customers for no reason.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
    answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
    I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.

    Again,if the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining but there isn't,there's only a few kids who will not admit to their mistakes & blame everyone else but themselves.

    I could go on but I doubt it will sink in as you refuse to listen & you don't understand how things work anyway.You could always get an adult to explain things to you in simple terms.

    Judging by your comments on here the enforcement team were 100% correct in banning you.
