xbox enforcement team

So on my other account I've been playing rainbow six siege and I came across someone who was invisible. I said "recorded and reported" to him and he and his friends reported me and got me communication banned. That case wasn't reviewable so I had to deal
with it and they got no punishment for cheating and false report. Later in the week I shot the railing instead of who I was supposed to shoot because I crouched and shot the same time, and I said "that
f***ing railing" and that alone got me a one week suspension. A couple days later I went through case review and they decided that "that f***ing railing" means I broke the code of conduct which I have read over 7 times and
still can't figure out how. Closest thing to that was dealing with personal threats. I mean if the in game railing felt threatened then I guess i'm wrong.

Enforcement team then says that they read and review all cases that would result in suspension which is a flat out lie to my face again. So the "recorded and reported" was read and they decided that they felt threated of being reported for cheating and
that I deserve the suspension and they go unpunished?! Straight up lie in the review to me and left it a closed discussion where I can't defend myself. Then "that
f***ingrailing" apparently was a threat to the player? when that player that I talked to later on a different account didn't mean to report me? and apologized? but somehow it was reviewed and they suspended me. As first offense since the first
one didn't count, sending "that f***ingrailing" is a one week minimum communication ban. Enforcement team has no way to contact them and their system is broken and they lie to your face

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

The only way to communicate with the enforcement team is through the Case Review process on our

Xbox Enforcement website. There you can appeal your suspension upon completion of a questionnaire. Hope this helps!

 

I've already went through case review. and they decided that he was threatened when he wasn't talking to him later. and that they review before making the decision which was a flat out lie straight to me when I've tested against it before. You can say
"good job" to someone and he and another friend can report that and get a suspension going.

 

The "railing" suspension would have been due to the use of profanity. Not anything threatening. Suspension length increases with each suspension. Since you had already had a 24 hour suspension that is why the 2nd suspension was 1 week.

Also, investigations do take time, so that first suspension could have been for something that took place day or weeks before that particular incident. Suspensions are not always issued the same day as the action.

As XBF Lance stated the only way to contact enforcement is through the case reviews. If they have upheld the Suspension then there is nothing any of us on Forums can do. Enforcement doesn't even monitor the forums either. Truly sorry for the experiences
you been going through.

In the case review they said it was due to being threatening and disruption. when I have done neither. and the 24 hour suspension was falsified and proven but can't be case reviewed therefore the 1 week is the real first offense suspension on a game
where in game characters use the same profanity and they players use the same profanity. why am I singled out and different? online is not rated as well so use of profanity is bad only when I use it?

 

It doesn't work like that. The enforcement team investigates every complaint you receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. They also don't suspend someone based on receiving multiple
complaints.

 

Profanity is not allowed for anyone on Live. Just because the other players haven't received a suspension doesn't mean they won't. Those players may not have been reported yet, but since you were, the enforcement team was alerted to it.

 

Upon reading the code of conduct 7 times over. I have found that it didn't break it and it was a new account. it was a few years ago but they never investigated anything and had to get it removed through the case review and they apologized to me. That
was the lie in them saying that they review all messages involved

Okay but they hit me with the exact same profane words. Why do I get singled out and I reported him? I just don't get it

 

As long as you reported him, you won't be singled out. Even if he hasn't received a suspension yet, he will. It's also not possible to know for sure when/if another person has been given a suspension.
