Hello, I was sent here by Gillbert D. from the Xbox support chat. I have some concerns about my communication ban. I’d like to start by saying it was probably the first ban of 2018 as I was reported by my friend as a joke at exactly 12:00 midnight tonight(New
Years). He really only reported me because he wanted to see if you guys would comm ban that quick( and you guys did). And he apologized for reporting me, and my party chat was soon consumed by the ban. What I thought would be a happy New Years message, was
instead a ban notification(which really sucked). And after over an hour of talking to tech support and failing the confusing questions of the submit a Case review(even with Gillberts help, believe it or not). I would personally like to say I’m sorry, and also,
I wasn’t sure how to use a forum but after Gillbert told me how, I’m very sorry for sending the message, even if it was a joke and my friend did it as a joke, it violated the code. I have been working for the last 10 months on improving my repuataton not
get banned( but I unfortunately messed up New Years night. So if you could please unban me that would be wonderful. -Gt: KING OF DEEEB5

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

Due to the time it takes to investigate any report filed you were most likely suspended for something you did several weeks ago.

It is extremely rare for anyone to get a instant suspension.

Filing for a case review on the enforcement site
here is the only way to appeal any enforcement action if eligible.

The questionnaire is there to make sure you are familiar with the code of conduct & is very easy.

All the answers can be found in the code of conduct or on the enforcement site.

In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.

You'll have to wait the 24 hours and try again. Support do not handle enforcement issues.

Again,if the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining but there isn't,there's only a few kids who will not admit to their mistakes & blame everyone else but themselves.

I could go on but I doubt it will sink in as you refuse to listen & you don't understand how things work anyway.You could always get an adult to explain things to you in simple terms.

Judging by your comments on here the enforcement team were 100% correct in banning you.
