    I was suspended for two weeks for trying to sell coins. I made a post on looking for group(stupidly i did not know it was against the rules i thought people did it often) then i got three emails saying i violated terms and the code of conduct. then when
    all three were on my account it said that it would be over the next day tomorrow(which is now yesterday as of posting this) at 12/12/17, 9:58:46 P.M.. I checked back after not being able to access multiplayer and it had changed to 12/25/2017, 10:05:20 PM.
    So how did it get extended two weeks for a group post i didn't know was against the rules. Having one case on there i can understand i did something stupid and got in trouble but three i do not understand. Please Help Me. It also says

    Your account has been suspended from Xbox Live.
    You won't be able to sign in to Xbox Live until 12/25/2017. More information has been sent to your Microsoft account email address.

    yet my email says to come to enforcement to get more info it's like i'm going in a circle.

    Meaningless Suspension

    The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    violation associated with each enforcement action

    We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, here on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further
    information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    any time i go to the support page and talk to them they tell me and i quote "it's not in our scope" and to go to the case review which i did already and it got upheld instantly even though there are multiple on their within minutes of each other how is that
    possible. i have been i loop of talking to people that tell me to go somewhere else for help i just need to talk to someone on the enforcement team i have the entire conversation with support if you want to see it as well.

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.They can only tell you if you are suspended & how long for.

    Filing for a case review on the enforcement site
    here
    is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    If you have done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

    Suspensions are extended when other violations of the ToU/CoC that someone has committed are discovered.

    Not knowing the rules is not an excuse.It's clearly stated in the ToU/CoC what is & what isn't allowed on xbox live.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
    answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
    I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.

    You'll have to wait the 24 hours and try again. Support do not handle enforcement issues.

    lose.

    Again,if the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining but there isn't,there's only a few kids who will not admit to their mistakes & blame everyone else but themselves.

    I could go on but I doubt it will sink in as you refuse to listen & you don't understand how things work anyway.You could always get an adult to explain things to you in simple terms.

    Judging by your comments on here the enforcement team were 100% correct in banning you.
