    XBOX ENFORCEMENT TEAM THAT DOESN'T EXIST?


    1. Why are we being banned from a department that doesn't exist? (Enforcement Team)

    2. I was NOT notified of such a team/actions.

    3. I did NOT know that if you get one of these bans from a dept. that doesn't exist that we can only respond if the ban is active.

    4. I sent someone a two letter text that the enforcement team took/determined as derogatory because of some punk kid reported me, and they banned me for 24hrs. Their interpretation, did they ask me what those 2 letters stood for? NO!

    5. Why does MS let underage children plan Xbox's adult games?! Age verification software!

    6. Why are these kids able to log on Xbox live with adults! Age verification software!

    7. I just played GEARS 5 and there is sexual content, swearing, using the finger ETC...Why is Microsoft allowing these kids to play on this platform with adults?! Then we get banned if their feelings get hurt, and I'm paying for this!

    8. We need to hold MS responsible for damages and for allowing minors to access adult content!

    Microsoft offers parental control precisely to avoid cases like these. Parents are responsible for the content that minors can access.

    The team definitely exists, otherwise you would not have received a suspension. It doesn't matter ehat your interpretation of something is, if it is known to be something that violates the code of conduct then you cam be suspended.

    While games may have an M rating, Live is not rated and must remain E for everyone. The M rating may keep kids from being able to ourchase the game, but kids are allowed to play with a parent's permissions.

    the enforcement team exists. Your behaviour on xbox live is your responsibility, you should adhere to the code of conduct since you can't always know who you're playing with.

    The problem is EVERYTHING on live has to be E for EVERYONE not considered teen or 10+ You agreed to these rules when you signed up for xbox live.

    If you think that you should not have been suspended you can go to the enforcement teams website by going to enforcement.xbox.com and filing for a case review.

    You only need to file one report.The more reports about the same thing from the same person will push your reports down the "cue".

    They get thousands of reports per day so investigations will take time.
