Xbox Enforcement Team Taking NO ACTION

For 3 weeks, going on 4 weeks, I have been HARASSED and HOUNDED by this person; [mod removed]. I blocked, muted, and reported him on Day 1. when he was unable to send me messages he has begun to SPAM the comment 'i win' OVER 300 TIMES across
All of my game clips, screen shots, and achievements.

I have reported and deleted EVERY harassing comment, spent 45 minutes on the phone with xbox support about this person HARASSING and ATTACKING me on a daily basis. To NO SUCH AVAIL, Xbox Enforcement has taken NO ACTION.

I have contacted Xbox Support AGAIN, and they are just giving me the runaround telling me I need to contact the Enforcement Team, but low and behold, You CAN'T contact the Enforcement Team.

Going on week 4 of this CONSTANT harassment/attack, he has now starting getting his friends to message me and continue his attack. I have already been forced to report over 350 SPAMMED comments, and have had to change my settings and forced to DELETE EVERY
ONE OF MY GAME CLIPS in an attempted to stop the harassment/attacks. Going on week 4 now, he is STILL spamming comments on my achievements and game clips, I am STILL reporting and deleting said spam.

Xbox and Xbox Enforcement Team is NOT taking any action against this person who is BLATANTLY breaking Xbox Live Terms of Service. I am to the point where I am about to file LEGAL CHARGES against this person, and I am also going to contact a lawyer to SUE
MICROSOFT/XBOX for ALLOWING this person to Disregard their OWN Terms of Service. Xbox and their enforcement team is A JOKE. They allow this person to harass and attack me for a month straight.

I have had ENOUGH of this, my next contact with Xbox/Microsoft will be done through the courts if they DO NOT TAKE ACTION AGAINST [mod removed - do not "name and shame" on the forums] AND PUT AN END TO HIS HARASSMENT!

No it's not true. The enforcement team investigates complaints before taking action.

No one is banned without cause. Our Enforcement team is very good at investigating every situation thoroughly and determining the correct course of action.

Also, the number of complaints does not impact whether someone has action taken on their membership. All it takes is one valid complaint for the Enforcement team to take action. Inversely, lots of invalid complaints will not result in the Enforcement team taking
action.

I'm afraid that the only option you have is to block every person and report each item that you feel is harassment, the enforcement team will handle it, but it will unfortunately take time. Just to be sure for the steps see this link:

As a temporary measure you can change your privacy and online safety settings to that only friends can contact you via
Sign in to your Microsoft account this will prevent anyone other then your friends to send messages

I'm afraid that this is the only advise I can think of at the moment.

Hopefully it ends soon.
