Xbox Enforcement Team Supports Toxicity. Why?

I got com banned on Xbox.. After telling a guy to leave me alone and costantly reporting. He still sent me these after my communication ban. Why does Xbox enforcement team ingore these?! I can't talk to my friends now because someone wanted to ruin my day.
And Xbox let them. I wouldn't be upset if this wasn't the SECOND TIME!!!! (No Name. No Shame. Im in Standards)

What do you mean?! Im not breaking any rules. Youre falsey removing my Content. And it IS allowed on xbox live. Thats my problem. I constantly report those messages and xbox does NOTHING. So that means it HAS to be allowed. Why else would xbox let it stay?

Regarding the removal of your image, it's not being removed for name and shame. If something should not be allowed on Live, then it shouldn't be posted here. Also, per the

forum guidelines:

It's not allowed on Live either.

We both know that is an Absolute lie. If it Wasn't, Enforcement will delete their messages like they delete my "Reported" and "Go away" messages. Even when i block people, They make extra profiles to harass me and my friends with. I have been reporting people
for a long time, Just to be spammed hateful messages the next day and rereport. Enforcement has never been on my side and every person i reported has NEVER been dealt with. Especially when it comes to messages. I can show you what happens when Enforcement
team com-bans you. The reported message gets deleted. All my chats are full and reported.

So with the picture. No Name,No Shame. And there is no Profanity either. And Xbox Enforcement OBVIOUSLY doesn't deal with it.

So its obviously allowed on Xbox. No other explanation. Unless a Multi-Billion dollar company is failing at enforcing their own rules. Twitch does exist and look at their mod teams. Xbox enforcement is the same. Blindness, Anonymous, And extremely hateful
to those who want equal.

So can you stop deleting my stuff that OBVIOUSLY isn't against guidelines? Thats power-abusing.

It's not allowed on Live either. As long as you are reporting them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. It's not always immediate and there's no way for you to know 100% when they receive an action. Occasionally the enforcement
team may send a thank you message, but that's rare. As stated above, just report and block.
