    Xbox enforcement team striking my account down for a year without being active


    To whomever it may concern, I had previously received 5 strikes while not using Xbox services, afterwards I submitted an appeal it was immediately declined without further notice or explanation. I had then decided reluctantly to receive the punishment because it was only for 2 weeks until I then received notice on Xbox services this evening that my account will be banned for the year. This certainly came to me as a shock. I didn’t think my account would be put in jeopardy when I had done nothing to deserve the disproportionate punishment given to me. I'm too afraid and weary to send out an appeal that may be shut down by programming rather than reviewed formally by a Microsoft enforcement agent.

    My account got banned unfairly

    Does this rule fall under Xbox Enforcement Strike, because xbox enforcement strike is supposed to strike inappropriate activity and does not specify the such inappropriate activity. Please tell me where that is in the rules so I can look over. If so I have had 1 strike since it has applied. The new rules are not clear.

    How can I enjoy the games if I'm getting threatened with false reports...

    Oh and I actually contacted enforcement team many times, they NEVER reply or help... I actually feel like I'm being bullied by some person in enforcement team to keep bringing my rep down or making sure no enforcement team knows.... This literally sucks
    I can't even enjoy halo without being threantned with rep lowing by false reports n a ban.... I've been playing Eger since Xbox 360 came out...

    I feel like xbox needs to do better. The fact that I was never even given a reason as to why this happened is insane. Ultimately it comes down to whichever enforcement team member views your profile. If you get the wrong one, your entire account gets banned without reason. I know people who have been suspended over 15 times who still have their account. And I lose my account of 5 years after only two minor suspensions? Xbox enforcement team is quite possibly the worst team of moderators on any platform.

    But how do I get in further contact with the enforcement team if my appeal got declined? I got multiple strikes for the same thing which led me get a 1 year suspension.
