    Xbox Enforcement Team shouldn't Exist


    I was Recently suspended from Xbox Live for an inappropriate Gamerpic (flagged for nudity and inappropriate content).

    But I think that I shouldn't have got Punished for a Gamerpic.

    Because I don't see it as nudity or pornographic content, it's really rated at a ESRB 10+ or ESRB Teen
    for being crude, its just a Butt.

    MS starting to ban your account and remove purchases...

    If you have naked pictures of yourself on OneDrive you should be banned from the internet to save you from your own stupidity.

    This is a clarification of the TOS that has always existed. Probably asked for by the enforcement teams who end up banning people for enfractions that fall under “not limited to” violations of the TOS.

    The problem is EVERYTHING on live has to be E for EVERYONE not considered teen or 10+ You agreed to these rules when you signed up for xbox live.

    If you think that you should not have been suspended you can go to the enforcement teams website by going to enforcement.xbox.com and filing for a case review.

    The team definitely exists, otherwise you would not have received a suspension. It doesn't matter ehat your interpretation of something is, if it is known to be something that violates the code of conduct then you cam be suspended.

    While games may have an M rating, Live is not rated and must remain E for everyone. The M rating may keep kids from being able to ourchase the game, but kids are allowed to play with a parent's permissions.

    the enforcement team exists. Your behaviour on xbox live is your responsibility, you should adhere to the code of conduct since you can't always know who you're playing with.

    I get that but my point is that people will ditch the existing one, ditching their team too, thinking they can get the next one for free. That shouldn't be the case. The focus should be on the existing objective. Maybe this won't
    be a problem at all but I think it will.
