Xbox enforcement team please help me I Got console banned

I’m hoping someone at Xbox enforcement ends up reading this

And a Xbox live agent told me to refer to this number: 7068229406 to help my account recovery efforts

I recently got account and console banned

in the email stating the reasoning behind my ban was buying games from out of region market places and refunding games and 6 other reasons but these two are the only ones that I have done I just want to start off by saying I had no idea that is was against TOS guidelines as I had never read them before there are a few people in the achievement hunting community who have admitted to doing this I used to know a guy over a year ago who maxed out 60 different accounts in refunds and he still has his account and I assume that number is way higher now I’m just using that as an example. I’ve only done it on a few accounts and I didn’t know that it was wrong at the time because I blindly followed what others were doing in the achievement hunting community and never double checked for myself if it was safe to do so I feel silly for not doing that but I never received one strike if I had just gotten 1 strike I would’ve known better to stop what I was doing immediately I’d never want to jeopardise my account that means the world to me and I thought that was the whole point of the strike system is to give you temporary bans so you can learn from your mistakes so you don’t repeat them and if you continue to do so your account is gone I have had 0 strikes on my account in 5 years. as for buying games in foreign marketplaces I admit to this as well as I also thought this was safe I don’t think you would find a single achievement hunter in the community who hasn’t used a out of market place codes and it was being talked about like crazy so I did it myself I stopped almost a year ago now because Microsoft themselves put a stop to it again I didn’t know it wasn’t safe I would’ve avoided it at all cost if I knew you weren’t allowed to do it I would’ve avoided it at all cost I’m extremely sorry I can’t express that enough

I also want to mention that 10 mins before I was banned my account was also breached my friend had a theory that it could be a Microsoft employee because it kinda matches up with a Microsoft office in san Antonio however it said they were using internet explorer and I don’t think a Microsoft employee would be using a browser that was discontinued in 2022 in the session activity it said they changed profile information and I still have no clue if I should be concerned about this at all as I don’t know if it was actually a Microsoft employee or if I was actually hacked before I was banned and I’m not sure if this was an additional reason behind my ban or not

But I hate to be that guy to basically be guilt tripping but this might just be a Xbox account/console from the outside looking in but I’ve poured 11 years into this account and have 2 million gamerscore a accomplishment only 200 people have done , 2000 games max level in countless games and thousands spent on this profile throughout the years that I have had it

my health is declining I have at best 5 months left to live and if some miracle happens were I am able to get a operation it’s 8 months of recovery and my only source of entertainment has litterally just been taken away from me so my quality of life will significantly be impacted by this and I’m told to avoid stressful situations and this is pretty high up there and if I’m unlucky this could cause me to have a heart attack I’ve already had 5 in the last year i can even provide my medical proof that you know I’m not making this up just so you feel bad for me I just want someone to do something I just want to get my point across how much this means to me because i feel like I’ve lost everything right now I know I deserve some sort of punishment but a permanent ban is a little unfair with someone who had 0 strikes and blindly followed what others were doing so i assumed it was “safe” I can’t express how sorry I am I’m hoping for a temporary ban at the very least and if you could please unban my console that would be awesome I know I broke the rules but I genuinely had no idea that I was everyone deserves a second chance and I’m hoping you give me one please put a heavy restriction on my account/xbox so I don’t break the rules again and you know I’m being serious that I’ve learned my lesson that it’s against TOS and if I do it again then I’m out for good but please I’m begging I don’t want to lose everything as i mentioned this is my only source of entertainment at the moment and this would be so much to lose I just want some good news because I have had a rough couple of months and my Xbox is my escape to keep me going and one if not only one of the few joys I have left in doing as I’m basically bed ridden if I lose this my final days won’t be very enjoyable so please give me a second chance I know I sound desperate and it’s because I am it one of the few enjoyments I have left so please help me out thank you to ever ends up reading this I’m really hoping you give me a second chance and I’m truly sorry for breaking the rules I should’ve known better should’ve been extra cautious and not of done what others were doing without looking it up first and I still can’t believe I made that mistake but i hope you see how sorry I am and I didn’t mean it and i assure you it will not happen again because im not silly enough to make a mistake twice now that I know its wrong
