    Xbox Enforcement team please don't ignore me, this is a duplicate suspension


    Okay so enforcement team I actually realy need your help with this one. On 8/10/19 i was given a temporary I believe just over 24 hour communications suspension, viewed the reason on enforcement.xbox.com, understood and served my suspension. Now today,
    8/17/19 a week later at about 2:30 P.M. EST I have received another temporary suspension for the exact same amount of time, for the SAME reason for enforcement action from 8/10/19. I don't know if this is a mistake, but please hear validity in my plea and
    just look at my account and you will see exactly what I am seeing. I need communications desperately and this is just ludicrous frankly. Have talked to a virtual agent and member of xbox support.

    There is no case review in short term suspensions as you know. Its okay i'm just going to basically let Microsoft do what they will, take my double jeapordy off the chin. Just amazes me that mistakes like this go unchecked with no recompense for the user
    at all. Very skeptical there even is an "enforcement & policy team" or whatever they call it anyway. Ive had more help from reddit and my ISP over the past 10-11 years anyway ;)

    Enforcement has nothing to do with this forum and the vast quantity of people answering question that are Xbox Ambassadors are volunteers. It is unfortunate if it is indeed for the same instance and certainly frustrating.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact them.
