Xbox enforcement team perm ban

Hello,

I come here to ask for some help.

My account has been banned permanently for "cheating" but I never cheated. I made an appeal but I haven't seen I could write to give details about the appeal, and they refused the appeal.

Is there a way to contact them?

because I discussed to the Xbox Support but they told me that there was no way to contact the team and therefore to appeal and explain the circumstances of the ban from my account.

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

I would like to discuss about the ban...

Would be great to assit you on this one, but unfortunately no one here and even customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.
Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

If the appeal was denied unfortunately nothing else can be done.
Permanent bans are not issued without reason, they always investigate carefully the account before giving the permanent restriction

so, ive been perm banned twice. im jus wondering if i get reported one time such as false report does tht lead to perm ban? or regular banned because last time i got reported once nd got perm banned.

Also you wont get banned simply because you are reported. All reports are investigated by the enforcement team before a ban/suspension is handed down.

If anything the person making the false report would be the one getting banned/suspended as abusing the report feature is against the rules.

That doesnt matter I was told by support that they would let the enforcement team know and when I get screwed cause Microsoft sucks and the enforcement team doesn't know what their doing that isn't fair for me

You don't know how the enforcement team works do you

One support can tell them that it wasn't you however because you handed your information over

Its your responsibility for all actions on your account

Including perm ban worthy stuff

What happened is you don't contact the enforfement team

T2 does and sends the investigation to the enforcement team makes the deicision

Not support

But you have two violations that are worthy of suspensjon

Lending your account out

And marketplace theft if that was the purpose of sharing your account to share your games

Which is perm ban worthy offence
