    So, it has been over a week and I still have not been able to use communications. I asked for an inquiry 8 days ago and a case review before that. I have yet to get a response from the "enforcement team". The enforcement time has elapsed and I still cannot
    use communications.

    Precision
    With authority comes great responsibility; we must be precise in our investigations, documentation, reporting, and application of enforcement policy.

    Integrity
    We are accountable for our actions; we must make consistent, unbiased decisions based on the best available evidence.

    The precision statement is a fairy tale. The integrity statement is a blatant lie. The enforcement team is not held accountable for anything.

    Why can we not contact the enforcement team? We pay for services. When we violate the TOS we get suspended, banned etc..... What is the outcome when the enforcement team violates the TOS? The customer gets screwed and there is no way for us to find out simple
    information. I have spoken to several customer service reps and have yet to hear back from anyone about my account. If I do not hear back in the next 24 hours, I will be reporting this crap to the BBB.

    Hey Gamer,

    Unfortunately, we can't handle any issues with enforcement actions only at Enofrcement.xbox.com can handle those issues if you're eligible you can submit a case review there to resolve the issue.



    However, if no active suspensions or ban then some steps should be helpful. if you have attempted all troubleshooting steps that you know about here are some steps mainly work with most issues with consoles.

    1. Power Cycle
    2. remove your profile, restart, then re-download your profile
    3. Factory Reset Console: WARNING: Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything that has not been synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost.
    4. Device Support: To submit a repair request. If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced:
    (Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when it is connected with the service.)



    If this resolved the issue verify the answer and then mark your support thread answered and if this doesn't answer your thread then upvote this to let me know you’ve seen and attempted any of the steps above please let of know what your attempted and any
    other details that you might have said in your original post.

    my communications ban is supposed to lifted tonight at 11:47 pm. If I have The same outcome as above I will be taking the same action. It's ridiculous that you have this much authority but cannot be reached for questions or discussions about the bans. This
    is not how someone that has been in business this long should operate. It is equally disturbing that the support teams can only suggest we use public forums to reach an enforcement representative. Get this process under a scope and figure out how to improve
    yourselves before you find a whole community complaining to higher powers.

    Do you not see a problem with these trouble shooting procedures. Removing our profiles, resetting our consoles because you have a flawed enforcement procedure that needs to be reworked. I get that we get suspended for whatever actions you all deem in violation,
    but making us lose data and years of progress is ridiculous.
