    Xbox Enforcement Team is not helping at all


    I get banned for a gamerpic and for one picture they comm ban me and take away my online mutliplayer. How does a picture get you banned for those features that makes no sense what so ever and now I can't play the anthem beta now. And the best part is when
    I went to suspended features on enforcement.xbox.com it doesn't even say online multiplayer as one of the suspended features. Also they added this two days after the initial ban. So right now I don't think xbox enforcement really cares about us. They will
    add more suspensions on top for no reason.

    If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of violation associated with each enforcement action

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

    If you can play online on other games and having issues with a specific game such as an EA game, then that's an issue with your game profile. Not Xbox account. You mentioned that you only have communication suspension, right? Communication Suspension just
    takes away your messaging, party chats, and communication privileges. Means you should be able to play online normally. You said you can play Overwatch, but not NHL. Then it's not an Xbox account issue. It's an EA server or origin account problem.
