XBox Enforcement Team HELP!!

Why is it so hard to find out the status of a communication suspension??? I see so much frustration. I haven't been able to play NHL 17 HUT for 3 days because no one can give me an answer regarding the status of my so called suspension. Are they in lock
down? This is beyond ridiculous. Can someone PLEASE help me find out why or when I can resume playing NHL 17 HUT with my boys?!!!

No. I have no option to appeal, review. I have no idea what my suspension is or how long. This XBox Enforcement is a joke. I've tried calling, Twitter, everything with no idea of resolution.

 

Here is my 'Enforcement Date'

The enforcement team don't give enforcement actions out lightly, A Communication Suspension is where your unable to send messages, join parties, use Skype, etc etc etc this sometimes can effect only game play or you could have an suspension from game playing
as well, this information isn't able to Microsoft Support so they can't assist with any enforcement actions or give you details regarding your enforcement actions, Microsoft isn't obliged to tell you of any enforcement actions before or after they occur but
most the time you get an email or a message on your console regarding enforcement actions,

Most Suspensions last about 7-14 days but can last for 30 days depending on how serious the issue was,

To see your enforcement status or to appear your case sign into your account at
http://enforcement.xbox.com

Unfortunately no one but the enforcement team can review and remove your enforcement actions no one else has no powers to do so,

Only thing I can suggest is check your emails including your junk inbox for an email with details and to sign into the enforcement website,

For example if the date is 15/10/16 then your enforcement actions will end and can take up to 24 hours to regain your abilities

I can play Multiplayer Overwatch but I can't connect in HUT for NHL 17. Does this make sense? If I had a ban wouldn't it be for all multiplayer online and not just HUT NHL 17?? I'm very confused.

Hubs, EA Access, some game modes etc etc etc might be effected by the suspension,

Best recommendation is that you wait your enforcement action out, still having issues remove your account and add your account back to your console and that should fix the problem, if your still having issues with it then uninstall and reinstall the game,
still having issues then I recommend contact support >>
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us they will be able to run more troubleshooting steps

XBox support never helps. I just went on ea.com and over 50 posts with the same issue.

 

Microsoft Support doesn't give information out regarding enforcement actions, but I I'm pretty sure after you follow the steps above your game should be back up and running normally,

If you see no improvement after your enforcement action then feel free to create a new forum post or contact Microsoft Support

Sounds like a game specific suspension or problem which means it's down to the games developers & not Microsoft.

 

If you can play online on other games and having issues with a specific game such as an EA game, then that's an issue with your game profile. Not Xbox account. You mentioned that you only have communication suspension, right? Communication Suspension just
takes away your messaging, party chats, and communication privileges. Means you should be able to play online normally. You said you can play Overwatch, but not NHL. Then it's not an Xbox account issue. It's an EA server or origin account problem.

 

Alright so I called the support team and they said I should post here. A while back I had my Gamertag manually changed by you guys because people flagged it as inappropriate. When I called to have the account unlocked the agent i spoke with told me I would
be able to change my Gamertag to something else for free. Now i'm trying to do it on my new Xbox One and I have to pay 9.99$?

 

It's always best to start your own thread.

The support agent has given you the wrong info.If you want to change the gamertag you have now then there is a fee to pay.

The only time you get a free name change is when you start your account,you can change it once from a Microsoft generated tag to a personal one for free.

Any other changes need to be paid for,even if you've received a forced name change.
