Xbox Enforcement Team has a lack of priorities.

I am making this post in regards to Microsoft's poorly made code of conduct along with the enforcement team not having their priorities straight.

My reasoning behind this is because of the fact that Xbox Enforcement Team has com banned more victims of cyber bullying for dropping an f-bomb or saying something of the sorts of [mod removed] when the enforcement team doesn't do anything to discourage
cyber bullying, trolling, or toxic players on their platform.

There is no reason to make a code of conduct that allows behavior such as cyber bullying, and toxicity. Though they don't allow people who are bullying to stand up for themselves or others.

Microsoft, on behalf of the community that has dealt with such issues. We are disappointed in you guys.

I had to remake this post because it was locked although it is something that absolutely needs to be brought to light. The person that locked this post was condoning the actions making it seem like we had no right to get upset. Heck he basically told us
to do something else, and he danced around the the topic and missed the point.

This is how people are being treated for getting bullied and standing up for themselves because of the enforcement team's incompetence and it is unacceptable for a professional company.

What especially is dumb is the fact that if you drop an f-bomb that you will get the enforcement team sicked on you, but if someone DDoSes you for beating you in a game and you report them after, even after they explicitly stated that they did, that the
xbox enforcement team doesn't do jack about it. As if they actually want a toxic community.

The only responses you'll see on these forums are ones that direct you to continue to report users you feel are breaking the code of conduct or hindering your gaming experience.

So once again, you guys are saying, no point in reporting? Do you understand the frustration of looking at the feature thats there and could be better utilized for better conduct and less abuse that could be sent around after such instances. Im
fairly sure there will be a no abuse clause somewhere in the code of conduct which intentional team killing may as well be considered an abusive action.

Reporting also goes to the reputation system. So yes, you should always report such players. And I linked to the CoC in my first post; feel free to let me know what you find and we can discuss from there.

Also keep in mind any punishment given out would be confidential. You would never be told what another person received as a punishment. Bans and suspensions can happen weeks after the fact, They are not always instant. So the best thing to do is report,
block and let Enforcement handle it from there.
