Xbox enforcement team contact

I understand that the xbox enforcement team dosent have a number for several reasons and that they dont want people constently begging to be unbanned but i think that the rule that a ban lasting under 24 hours cant file a review creates some problems with
a gamer who gets banned for the first time i believe that a simple solution to most of these problems is the ability to file a review on any ban or suspention another solution is the ability to contact the enforcement team for advice on case reviews and allowing
the ability of both sides to be told and objectevly viewed and decided upon. If anyone has another solution or any current way to adress the enforcement team personally to be able to share your side of the ban please share thanks for everyone on the microsoft
support team that tried to help me with my temporary comunaction ban

Contact enforcement team

The enforcement team do not use the forums.The only way to contact them is via a case review.

If the case review was upheld then there's nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are not obliged to show you any evidence or specifics.

Games like ESO, when you get harrassed by players. Simply blocking communication doesn't stop the harrassment. Report over and over players for this crude, disrespectful, and out right inappropriate game play. Nothing happens day in and day out. With
ESo they get their guild to harass as well. So when u finally have enough after repeated attempts of asking and telling them to stop, blocking and reporting them. You finally loose your temper like any bulllying situation and cuss or sayothermeams words.
Instant communication ban. Then they have guild report, now I have multiple violations, and then you get permanent ban. You try to defend yourself and all You get is 500 characters. 0 emails, no phone number, literally no way to contact enforcement team.
Call Xbox supports and they say sorry they can't help. So there needs something to be done about this. Getting banned because you been bullied to a point you snap. Is just not right

 

The reason case reviews are not available for 24 hour suspensions is because the review process would take longer than the suspension. So by the time they review it and determine whether or not to uphold it, the suspension is already over.

 

What does the other side have anything to do with your side?

It doesn't matter who starts the fight only your actions counts towards your suspension

Like in real life not being the person who started the fight does not make you immune to the rules

The 24hour period is for reviewing which is multiple teams as smwutches mentioned

That's why it's not case reviewable

Because they had to triple check the case all over again if you ask for a new review

@mjn politics don't belong in gaming period it just starts fights and considering that a it's an international system you can't expect everyone to like what you like
