    Xbox Enforcement Team Case Review Issue


    Hi,

    I was informed that my sons xbox live account has been permanently banned. I went to the enforcement website and tried to submit a case review as I see the ban as unwarranted and unfair. I couldn't submit a case review as apparently one has already been
    made according to Xbox Chat support.

    Neither me or my son sent the case review and the support team are unwilling to see it as a technical error. Now I am unable to send in a case review and add a comment. As it's a permanent ban another case can't be submitted after this one is decided. I
    am sure the ban will be upheld as I haven't been able to comment and prove proof or clarify what my son was doing. The support team advised me to wait for a response to which I am sure will be negative. I want to connect the enforcement team directly to clarify
    the situation and get an understanding of it, the case review was my only chance of this as they have no formal support lines.

    I don't want my son to have to forfeit hundreds of pounds worth of content and have hours of time go waste. Can I directly contact the enforcement group? Can I make another case somehow? Who should contact? What can I do?

    Any help is greatly appreciated

    I was falsely banned

    please visit the xbox enforcement team at enforcement.xbox.com to submit a case review. the enforcement team does not review the forums

    Hi there,

    Only an Enforcement Team member can respond to any enforcement action they issue. The Enforcement team does not use the forums.

    They are only contactable via the case review process at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com. Keep in mind, not all suspensions qualify for a case review.

    And no once filed a second case review cannot be made

    You will have to ask your son about the previous case review

    Nor will they go into detail what happened

    A lot of things can happen

    Multiple violations of terms of use

    Like a lot of bad names

    Or harassment or cursing

    It is only done as a last resort

    And after a lengthy investigation proccess

    TTherr is no direct lines of contact for any enforcement it would useless anywysd as it would be spammed anywysd by anyone who wants to robo call to try and get their account back

    You'd never get thru

    You are going to have to check your email for any direct reason

    Every service actually uses a moderated contact like email chat or website or forums

    This prevents spam. And allows people to only ask once as it only takes one time

    Unfortunately, Xbox Enforcement account inquires are not handled on the Xbox Forums as only the Xbox Policy & Enforcement Team can handle enforcement issues. The Best way to contact the Xbox Enforcement team, is by creating a "Case for Review" option that

    A case review through the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Regular Xbox support do not handle enforcement issues.
