xbox enforcement team bunch of softies?

i see it more & more every day. xbox banning over butt hurt players. and innocent ppl get banned. Does xbox really want to keep there player base? ive already made my choice & baught a ps4 pro do to ps not being such softy decisiondized ppl. i could type
just GG and get banned on the box , truly sad. least ps , knows it happens , and takes actions if its racial or a threat. xbox your a joke & you will fail as a multimillion $ company if this keeps up

So, I did deserve a communications suspension, NBD. BUT! In the middle of playing Xenoverse 2, I was booted to my Dashboard, got a message saying that I was suspended from Xbox Live for "Harassment"?

How could I have harassed someone when I can't even talk to people in the first place? Someone is abusing the Report Players system and is personally attacking me.

Apparently you didn't read the FAQ too well from enforcement.xbox.com

Being in suspension doesn't mean you are immune to further punishment

While.they were investigating the previous report it could've been found you did violate the terms of use in a seperate incident or during then previous one you did enough msgs to said person it warranted harrassment

Investigations do take time it could've been months or weeks ago

Best option be human like 99.9% of live and you will be suspension free like everyone else

 

the enforcement team checks every report and if you violate the code of conduct you can get a ban. if you want you can try to apply for a case review on enforcement.xbox.com

 

Sorry to hear you're upset. If you were suspended you will need to log in to
enforcement.xbox.com and click the hammer icon to see the reason and duration of the action. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you should be able to open a case review with
the PET regarding the enforcement

 

I would highly recommend . When you play on Xbox Live, users have agreed to follow the Terms of Service and the Code of Conduct of the platform, and if reported for violating those rules, it is on the user.

The Enforcement Team reviews reports and complains for violations of the rules laid out, and takes action on if the user has violated the rules, not just because they received a report. I would recommend also reviewing that site's other articles on the
Enforcement platform, as it contains great information on how they operate and what to expect if reported or if there is a violation of the Terms of Service or Code of Conduct. I for one am glad and proud to have someone like Mr. Spencer running the Xbox
division AND being willing to stand out and say that we can make this platform better, and I'm sorry you don't feel the same.

Hey there. All complaints are reviewed and if a suspension is warranted the player will receive one. If someone believes they were banned for no reason they can apply for a case review to see if it cam be overturned

You do realize thst you arent allowed to break the rules period just because someone else.broke thr rules first

If you asked a police offucer that you would end up.in cuffs

And yes sony has enforved harassment rules

If you dont want to get banned follow the rules its that simple or.stay offline

Also should.be notef you do have tools availabke to you

If you retailiate in anyway that violates the terms ot use you also punishable if you are reported

 

Hi! If you don't prefer to communicate with others in a civilized way, Xbox probably isn't the best platform and you might enjoy your gaming experience more if you play on platforms with other like-minded people.

 

You know that you can block people and you can't get banned for sending GG

 

A simple gg won't get you banned. Being unpolite will.

 

If you follow the Terms of Use and the Code of Conduct you agree to when you sign up for service you will have no problems while playing on Xbox Live.
