Xbox Enforcement team ban situation.

Hi,

My account was banned a few months back the gamertag was hydratedplanet it was banned because Of "Marketplace fraud and then profile then like a month After communications,

Somebody hacked into my account and messed around with my account, I have filed for a case review but got a decision upheld i told them that my account was hacked but they told me to contact Xbox support, I contacted them like 5 times when i got banned ,today
when i contacted support because i was board the agent told me to post in the forums and an enforcement employee will look at my account. Im gonna give it a try hopefully this was not a waste of time.

I have lost hundreds of euro and games Aswell i have lost so much stat on games old games which I don't own anymore which really makes me sad i purchased all my games digitally so when i got an email from the enforcement team saying that I was banned i was
so sad . This was a week after getting my account back from a hacker,I belive that I have done nothing wrong, It would be on my record as i contacted Xbox support who escalated my case to tier 3 team which handles accounts that have being hacked, They determined
that my account was hacked and that my account was in the wrong hands.

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

no what actually occurs is one you file a unauthorized access case then wait for the results

The pet will not deal with unauthorized access cases only the investigations team does and they contact pet for you

And give you the results

And no the pet team. Cannot be contacted here

 

The xbox support agent told me to go here? I dont know i tought it was kinda strange.

 

Phone/chat support have a habit of sending people to the forums when they don't know what to do.

They should of opened an unauthorised access case for you or you can follow the instructions
