Xbox enforcement team accused me of something i would never do

Hi the other day I got a suspension from the Xbox enforcement team for communication and I had a idea of what it might be as the previous day someone was trolling me and team killing me in a game so I called him a name and I admit I should have not called
him the name but I put in a case review as I thought it was unfair I got a suspension for calling him the same thing he called me while he got nothing for team killing and trolling and that's also against the Xbox code of conduct so I put in a case review
it came back saying they decided to keep the suspension and I thought fair enough as I did call him a rude word but when I read what the Xbox enforcement team member said I was shocked they said I was sexist to players sexist!!!?? I have never been sexist
in my life and I would never go so low to do that and I cant even message as my messages are broke and i don't put on my mic when am in a party with people i don't know so there is no possible way I could have been sexist to someone and even if my messages
did work i would never never ! be sexist its something i hate when someone is sexist and the fact they accused me of that made me very angry and sad i would like a Xbox enforcement team member to look into this please as i have never said something sexist
and never will i do not expect my suspension to be taken away as i did call the person something but i have had two communications bans before and i have said worse things than what i said here and i only got a one week ban and for this i got a 2 week ban
this time and i am not the most calm person in the world and i have called people names before i admit that but i would never be sexist so as i said can a someone on the Xbox enforcement team please look into why i was falsely accused of this thank you.

I'm wrongly accused

This is to the Xbox enforcement team. I'm console banned & I've don't nothing wrong. None of the enforcement team has posted why I'm console banned either. In conclusion I know I'm wrongly accused for something to put me under this ban & I'd like to request
you'd release me from it.

 

False Enforcement

I recently fell victim to an enforcement suspension delivered under false pretenses. The person(s) have accused me of voice communication violations, when, in truth, I was alone in a private party. I know when I do something wrong and when I do not, hence
why I haven't previously disputed any enforcement actions taken upon me until now. I know as certain as I know my blood is red that I did nothing wrong, but was punished out of a spiteful players actions. I hope the enforcement team will correct the situation
and I hope to hear from them soon.

 

It doesn't matter who started the fight if you retaliate in anyway that violates the terms of use you can be held accountable for your actions.

Since you already applied for a case review and rightfully so it was upheld

Block mute and report that's all you are allowed to do in these instances

 

Yes I am aware of that and that's why I said I don't expect them to take my ban away if you would read it I just want to know why I was falsely accused of being sexist when as I said I have never been and never will be sexist I hate it when someone is sexist
so I do not want my ban taken away I just simply want someone to tell me why I was falsely accused of being sexist.
