    Xbox Enforcement Suspension


    I am not completely sure this is where I should post this but here I go. Why xbox live account was just suspended today. It says I am suspended for marketplace theft, but to be more specific it was for getting to many refunds it says. Now in the past year
    or so I have had 27 refunds, I know sounds like a lot, but 20 of them I had no control over and they all were at one time. They were for the marvel heroes omega game. the other 7 were spaced out and to my knowledge were for legitimate reasons. I there some
    way I can resolve this because its really upsetting me considering the amount of time I'm banned for.

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    I went there and had to take some silly quiz just to submit a review. I missed 1 answer now I have to wait another day to retake it, and they all have to be correct. This is by far the silliest thing I have encountered in a long time.

    I understand you are experiencing an issue with an account suspension. In order to address a suspension, it must be done on the Enforcement website. We on the Xbox Forums are unable to retract, dispute, or enforce suspensions.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your suspension, unfortunately we cannot assist you with this matter as suspensions are dealt with by the Enforcement Team, and they do not monitor these forums. I would recommend you visit the Enforcement site
    (http://enforcement.xbox.com/) to view the status of your suspension.

    If it does indeed show that your suspension has been lifted then feel free to post on the console-specfic Enforcement Forums:

    Ridiculous communication ban

    The only people that handle enforcement actions on the xbox is the xbox enforcement team.

    They do not monitor these forums.

    No one here can help you get your suspension lowered.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and through their case review process and this is if your suspension is eligible for a case review (normally a suspension has to be more then around 24 hours in order
    to qualify)
