Xbox Enforcement , suspension of my account

Hello,

recently I was the subject of a definitive ban for cheating on your game . I totally acknowledge the mistake I made. it's been 5 years now that I play on this account and it is very important to me . and this is the first time I act this way on xbox live
for that matter. I totally understand your decision and I also understand that cheating is intolerable, but I didn't think it could go that far, even after reading the Xbox live code of conduct. do you think you can give me a second chance? or make my ban
temporary? I promise not to break the code of conduct in any form that it is and never repeat this error again and I truly apologize! I wish you a very good day, waiting for an answer, hoping that my apology can be accepted. I am currently clarifying that

Chances look slim for a second chance seeing that you've been denied in your request already. Doesn't mean you can't continue to try through a ticket. Usually there is an investigation into things like cheating and it doesn't happen overnight.

If submitting a trouble ticket hasn't helped when contacting the Enforcement team, then the only option is to use this as a learning lesson. Perhaps a new account and just be careful when following the Do's & Don'ts on XBL.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.
