Xbox enforcement suspension incorrect

I have a question.

How is it possible for someone to report the same message twice and the the result is that i get a suspension twice, with a week between the reports and suspension.

And how to the "team" analyze it. Do they look at the situation if the reporting person is provocative? Like spamming with invites, getting kicked out of groups etc?

I have been suspended twice for 1 message. Tried different ways to contact support etc. Feeling very frustrated.

Oh i forgot to mention. The suspensions have different times they are active, but the message and its date and time is the same. Only this time i cant appeal because it is only ( as your support says a 24hour ban, and i have to live withe it )

Bans and suspensions can happen weeks after the fact so it may be from something else entirely. Enforcement has all sorts of tools to see stuff behind the scenes. They investigate each report thoroughly before making a decision. You're only option is opening
a case review. There is nothing else that can be done.

Yeah as i mention in the post. The same message gets me suspended twice.

2 suspension 1 message.

I can see the cause and motivation, same message in both suspensions.

I know that the person reported the message again as a result of that he was not allow to play or be in the party. Because of is provocation. I know this because we have asked him.

So i am still confused why you get consequences twice for same message that happend once.

If i drive fast once, get caught, i get a ticket. I dont get another ticket for the same situation. Its just confusing, looking for answers.

Can i open case review even when it is 24hour ban? I dont have the option. Just says techical error.

You have experience of this? I know this isnt enforcement but still looking for answers

You can always review your case. Enforcement team doesn't read posts on this forum.

You'll have to wait for the enforcement team's response. They are the only ones who could lift the suspension.

I contacted xbox support as well but they said I could get a faster response about my suspension if I posted on the forums about it.

Xbox Support was incorrect. They are known for giving incorrect information in regards to things they dont directly handle.

Unfortunately support are known to give incorrect information when it comes to suspensions. the enforcement team no longer uses the forums. Submitting a case review through the enforcement site is the only way to contact them.
