Xbox enforcement suspension I would like a xbox agent to reply to this please

So I got a suspension I can't view what it says "Xbox live enforcement is down" I had gotten this suspension when I wasn't online I was in bed I didn't know about it and I didn't even say anything to anyone and I think I was hacked I would like to know
if I can have it removed because In privacy settings it says its set to where I can chat. When I go onto Minecraft and try chatting it says I need to change my privacy settings, but Its set to where I can talk to anyone and the suspension ended this morning
at 4am. The Xbox said it was 4:30am. Is there a way I can change my password and get the last few suspensions removed because I haven't caused the suspensions the last few months... I haven't been on much either .... I play on a laptop but my iPad does the
same thing. I don't like that I got one I didn't have one when I went to bed hen it shows up and I have been having that happen as well as, My reputation keeps jogging around from "Needs work" To "avoid me" when no ones blocked me and I've done nothing...

Try doing a power cycle (hold the power button down on the console until it turns off, unplug the console, plug it in, then turn it back on).

You can contact regular Xbox support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but as I said before, they do not handle enforcement issues.

A case review through the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Regular Xbox support do not handle enforcement issues.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you're having issues with their site, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser. They are the only ones who handle suspensions.

Keep in mind that investigations can take time. So suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place. The suspensions you have received could have taken place days or weeks before.

I've tryed that as well.. How do I get in contact with them then?? I know the microsoft workers can take it off but how do you contact them?
