    It is starting to get frustrating & **** me off that Xbox refers people with problems to post on the forums because they have nothing to do with what enforcement does. Yet enforcement does not respond to anyone's post whatsoever. I've been looking for answers
    as to why I'm still not able to talk for over a month now & not even a single reply has been givin.

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The enforcement team no longer uses the forums and unfortunately phone and chat support do not know that. Any information regarding supensions/bans are listed at http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Hi DNP Zuluwarrior like Smwutches said they do not respond to the forum some will reply if they can but most of them will want you to report to the site this link is a great on how to report using case review Xbox Enforcement | How Do I
    and you can file your complaint there but keep in mind they can see everything so if they see reports and verify that it was done it will stand.

  6. I hate seeing stuff like this. I'm currently communication banned and fear something similar will happen to me. Not being able to contact them or speak to anyone about something like an additional month of your payed service being affected is unacceptable.

    Secondly everyone who posts the links like look here is beyond ignorant. Once a suspensions lifted yet still in effect like with this you loose the ability to case review. Meaning your only way to report a problem is taken from you. Your options are wait
    it out or make a new account. That is bull crap and literally horrible. It's like microsoft thinks along the lines of anyone who broke any rule isn't worth our business so why not just let tem struggle despite dumping hunfdreds or even thousands of dollars
    into us.

    Support can't even contact enforcement. These posts disgusting me ad make me fear that my own ban will lead to a similar situation. Absolutely pitiful.

    ummm cause if you had read the enforcement MSG you would know better?

    The only spot to address enforcement issues is the enforcement.xbox.com as clearly stated on the MSG and the email you received

    It's not rocket science

    Forums is only for support not enforcement issues

    if you had done the troubleshooting you would've solved your issue

    Delete and redownload your profile after the suspension is over

    However if you have stacked enforcements you must wait till the last one ends

    That isn't an enforcement issue

    That's troubleshooting for support

    Unless you don't have a current ban which can be because people sometimes incur multiple enforcement violations you can simply redownload your profile

  9. I'm still banned with no word from support they don't respond as I have stated previously. Update it has now been 2 1/2 months since the two week ban has been in place. Xbox needs to fix this
