Xbox enforcement reaches a new low

All my xbox one accounts got banned for 60 days because of me playing Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox 360. How is this even fair? I can't even do anything about it. All i can do is sit here and remember that Microsoft doesn't care about me being a valued customer,
they just want my money. Is this really the "fair" Xbox live i once knew? Seems like enforcement reached a new low. Might even try and take this to court, i was plsnnimg on buying lots of games for my little brother for christmas, but it looks like i can't
because the enforcement could care less. PS4 here i come.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

How would i file a court case for this? I'm sick of gettimg banned all because i'm good at a damn video game!

Well theres a problem with that because xbox doesnt even follow there own rules cause i hear plenty of swearing in online games and theres swearing in games general. So since that is the fact they ban who they want and try to justify their acts. Well its
wrong and they need to take swearing out of all games and if they wont then my mouth is the least of your worries its the games we all play. So i dont think swearing is a issue at all.

 

Online interactions aren't rated via the ESRB so the base rating of a game doesn't really apply. Also whether you think it's an issue or not does not matter. What's in the rules matters.
