    Xbox Enforcement Quiz Flaw


    today I was trying to do an appeal for a mute I received and when it come time to do the quiz it come up with a question should you give your name and phone number out over xbox live when I said no it said I failed the quiz twice so I do believe there should
    be an overhaul or adjustment to the quiz so it don't give the wrong idea on what to do over xbox live.

    WHEN I CLICK ON THE WINDOWS APPLY REVIEW IT MAKE ME BACK TO THE XBOX POLICY AND ENFORCEMENT MENU AND SOMETIME I PASSED THE QUIZ BUT WHEN I CLICK ON THE BUTTON FOR APPLY REVIEW IT MAKE ME COME BACK TO THE POLICY AND ENFORCEMENT MENU, SOMETIME IT WORK BUT
    THE MOSTLY IT DONT WORK ITS BORING HELP.

    Make sure you have answered the questionare according to the service rules and the Code of Conduct. If you fail you have to wait 24 hrs and try again.

    What did I do to get a suspension?

    the case review is a questionnaire I can't appeal it unless they fix their questions and put in questions that are part of the code of conduct not questions like this "participants in the enforcement united program are part of the enforcement team"
    how am I suppose to know that.
    Was there a link or set of links with the quiz that led to pages of info covered in the quiz?

    Just read the questions carefully, they kinda make it so it's harder to get a case review. If all else fails your child may just need to wait the suspension out.
