Xbox Enforcement Question

Let me start with saying to ignore the Forum and type, generally had no clue what to put. (First time making a post so leaving me be)

Ok so I've been looking for this all over the web yet I can't seem to find an answer so I thought I'd decide to ask the community what they think. Now recently I have had two Enforcement actions, one for Harassment Abuse and threats, completely absurd I never
done that and even if I did the person did something to trigger me deeply, I don't remember this even happening to be honest, and another for Communications. Now I am very worried for the future of my account as these happened in the space of around 4 months.
The catch is one happened in September of 2016 and the other January of 2017. So I was wondering if anyone knows if a permanent ban happens because you got 3 offenses of the code of conduct in the space of a year e.g. 2017 to 2018 or in the space of 365 days
as in February 2017 to February 2018? I really don't want to cause another offense encase I get permanently banned so I was wondering if someone could lift this off my chest, thank you

First you need to make a post on the enforcement forum for Xbox. Make a post explaining the situation and a rep will respond to your post.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

No one can give you a 100% answer. Permanent bans can be issued based on the severity of the action (meaning you can get one without having any prior suspensions), or for multiple suspensions. Usually with the multiple suspensions the suspension length grows
until they issue a permanent ban, but again, that can also depend on the severity.

hey Microsoft support , yesterday night a person i know was harassing me and calling me names through messages and i was fed up so decided to take action and say some things to him and now im banned is there any way i can get unbanned because surely hes the one at fault

Check the enforcement site to be sure you did not receive a communications suspension.

If that is not the case, try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re-add the account.
