Xbox Enforcement Program Says I'm Not A Ambassador When I Am

I am a member of the Xbox Ambassadors program and when I try to Apply to the Xbox Enforcement program on the eligibility checklist i Pass everything except being an Xbox Ambassador.

And I am an Xbox Ambassador and it says i'm not. Why is it saying i'm not in an Ambassador?

Support told me to post here since they do not have direct contact with the Enforcement team.

Enforcement united sign up problem

When I tried signing up for the enforcement united program it said that I was not an ambassador even though on the XBOX community level program it says that I am an ambassador, I'm not sure why this is happening.

i joined the ambassador program and answered questions but when i try to sign up for enforcement it says i am not apart of the ambassador program

 

well you do not have the Ambassador 'laurel' that shows up on the lower right corner of your gamer card. and there is no way to contact the enforcement team other than posting in the suspension forums and that is only to find out why an account is suspended/banned.

 

Try applying again, or did you use another MIcrosoft Account possibly?

According to your XCL (Xbox Community Level) profile, this is your first day in the Ambassador program. It can occasionally take up to around 48 hours before some parts of the system recognize your membership in the program.

Try giving it a few days and then attempt to access the Enforcement United page again. Hopefully it will work then!

If you're still having trouble, your best bet would be to post a thread in the Ambassador Support forum. Keep in mind that the same delay may apply there, so give the forums a few days to appear as well.

Thanks, I have been ambassador on another account for years but this is a new one I don't use my old one haha. This makes more sense.
