xbox enforcement problem

I was recently banned from voice chat on xbox for no reason and I tried applying for a case review and passed twice but the site just keeps telling me I have to take It again, I failed the first time and it told me I had to wait another 24 hours.... is there
a way I can get in touch with the xbox enforcement team?

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

This is an unusual situation. If nothing appears on the Enforcement page, try checking your email to see if you received information there ( also check spam )

Unfortunately, these are the only ways to look into your suspension. You can try contacting Support to better inform yourself on the matter, but please keep in mind that Support cannot remove suspensions.

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You will have to wait for their response from your case review.

Thank you man actually right after posting, they answered. So maybe they did check it out or it was just luck 🙂
