Xbox enforcement policy is unfair!

somehow my fiances xbox360 account was suspended by the enforcement team of microsoft and they give him no reason why???? This is down right wrong....he never trash talks he just plays the game ....and not only that!!!! On madden he used his own coins to
help buy another xbox gamer a better player.....but he needs his account suspended??? Wow microsoft.....keep it up ur gonna lose alot of ppl business due to unfairness!!! Playstation is an option!

Suspension

Would like if someone from the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team would reach out. It is unfair that a department that makes the rules is not available for an open discussion and dialog. Very frustrating.

First you need to make a post on the enforcement forum for Xbox. Make a post explaining the situation and a rep will respond to your post.

I would suggest having him check enforcement.xbox.com as others have mentioned. It will give details as to why an account is suspended or banned. Under the "How do I?" Section there is an option on the left to request a Case Review.

The Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team will only reset gamerscore if you hacked achievements using third party software or unfair advantages. You'll have to post on

this forum to find out what you did to get the reset.

Theory of Game

Unfortunately, the support team has no control over suspensions. Them saying you did nothing wrong is just as good as me saying it. It's the opinion of the Policy Enforcement Team that matters.

If you have not done a case review yet, I'd recommend requesting one. If that's already been done and closed, the decision is final, and no one here or on the support team can do anything about it.

I apologize if you feel this is unfair, but the policies are in place for a reason, and are enforced as written.
